To make a Keynote, one must first go to http://www.download.com/KeyNote/3000-2074_4-10072324.html and click DOWNLOAD NOW, then wait as Keynote installs itself on your computer. Then you must open Keynote, and chose your Keynote theme, then simply type in the text boxes, drag pictures in from elsewhere on your computer, and save it as you wish.
If your computer has trouble with the Keynote application, then you may have attempted to download the wrong version, or it is not compatible for your computer, or maybe you should try the http://www.apple.com/search/?q=Keynote version. Note that Keynote can be downloaded seperatly for PC as well as Mac.
